Pickleball is a fun sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Played both indoors or outdoors on a badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, over a net.

In the adult programme, we focus on a combination of techniques and strategies related to the game. You will upgrade your skills in improving balance, footwork, racquet technique and tactical decision-making and taking your game to the next level.

The beginner programme is for those who are starting to play tennis with limited experience. You will learn eye/ hand coordination, proper grips & technique on groundstrokes, volleys, serves & overheads, work on shots, scoring and basic strategy regarding tennis.

In the intermediate 2 programme, we mainly focus on fitness, tactics and multiple techniques with different ball pressure and court sizes to develop your skills. Our professionals will teach you how to attack, defend, and compete.

In the intermediate and advanced programmes, the players have improved stroke dependability and movements on typical shots but still lack depth and mastery. You will learn directional control, the ability to use lobes, backheads, and overheads and master the use of power and spins in the advanced program players will learn footwork, control the depth of shots and plan the game with strategy according to opponents

The green dot ball programme is for the age kids age group under 12 and, is played on a court size of 78ft with a reduced 25% ball speed, where we focus on developing powerful strokes from the back of the court, improving movements towards the net, and refining their service motion.
